Return & Refund Policy – Cosvu
At Cosvu, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Item must be undamaged and in original condition
- Provide your order number or a photo of the packaging
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, personalized items, perishable goods, or digital downloads cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cosvu is not responsible for lost return shipments.
